Whatever brings you here, my focus is the same:

To help you feel better in your body, restore movement, and give you tools that last beyond the treatment room.

Most people come to me because pain is interfering with their life. Maybe it’s a nagging injury that won’t fully heal, muscle tension that limits your mobility, or pelvic discomfort that’s hard to even talk about. Some arrive after trying other therapies that only gave temporary relief.

My Approach

Every treatment begins with careful observation and assessment. I look at posture, nervous system balance, and how your body is moving as a whole. From there, I create a session designed for your needs that day — combining orthopedic acupuncture, dry needling, electroacupuncture, and hands-on assessment.

Some sessions are direct and technical — resetting muscle patterns, releasing tension, calming nerve signals. Others are gentler, focusing on nervous system regulation or energy balance. The common thread is that each one is practical, precise, and responsive to where you are in your healing journey.

Lets Get Started
  • From nagging muscle tension to sports injuries or chronic back pain — treatments focus on releasing restriction, restoring movement, and calming pain signals so you can get back to living fully.

  • Acupuncture helps reduce the frequency and intensity of headaches by easing tension in the neck and shoulders, calming the nervous system, and improving circulation.

  • Gentle, precise care for pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, incontinence, or stability concerns. The pelvic floor is the foundation for healthy movement in both men and women.

How I Help:

  • For athletes and active individuals — acupuncture helps with mobility, faster recovery, and keeping your body in peak condition.

  • Support for menstrual pain, fertility, pregnancy, and hormonal transitions. Treatments aim to ease discomfort, balance the body, and promote long-term wellness.

  • When stress, sleep issues, or burnout are impacting your health, acupuncture helps regulate the nervous system and restore balance.

Orthopedic Acupuncture & Dry Needling

Targets tight or weak muscles to release tension, restore function, and reduce pain. Supports recovery from injuries, improves mobility, and helps prevent future flare-ups.

Pelvic Floor Acupuncture

Gently supports the pelvic floor as the foundation for healthy movement and stability. Helpful for overall health and performance in both men and women.

Electroacupuncture

Combines acupuncture with gentle electrical stimulation to calm pain signals, improve circulation, and speed healing. Especially helpful for stubborn or long-standing issues.

Lifestyle Support

Provides practical, everyday tools for stress relief, gentle detox, and balanced living. Designed to reinforce long-term health, vitality, and well-being.

Care here isn’t cookie-cutter.

Each session is tailored to your needs, guided by both assessment and intuition.

My goal is to help you not only feel better in the moment, but also leave with a clearer understanding of what’s happening in your body — and practical strategies you can carry into daily life.

  • Up to 75 minutes. Your first visit includes a full assessment and treatment. We’ll talk through your health history, check movement and function, and create a plan tailored to your goals.

  • Up to 60 minutes. Focused treatments to build on your progress. Each visit includes reassessment and acupuncture to keep you moving forward and feeling better.

  • Up to 75 minutes. A longer session when you need extra time. Allows space for a deeper assessment, additional treatment techniques, or care for multiple concerns.

For your comfort and to make treatment easier, please wear loose clothing such as shorts and a tank top. This allows access to the areas we’ll be working on while keeping you relaxed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps me offer my time to another patient who may be waiting for care. Thank you for your understanding and support — it makes a big difference.

A Note About Insurance

I don’t bill insurance directly. Instead, I focus on giving you the care you truly need, without the restrictions that insurance often brings.

If you’d like, I can provide a detailed receipt (called a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. What you receive back will depend on your individual plan.

By working outside the insurance system, you’ll always know exactly what to expect:

  • No waiting on referrals

  • No surprise bills or hidden fees

  • Freedom to choose the provider you connect with

  • Care that’s guided by your needs, not by coverage rules

My intention is simple — to give you thoughtful, personalized care that supports real healing, at a pace that feels right for you.

Any Questions?

  • No, you don’t need a referral. You can reach out and book directly.

  • Most people feel only a quick pinch or dull ache. Treatments are usually well tolerated, and many patients describe feeling relaxed afterward.

  • Relief often starts within the first few treatments, but lasting results take consistency. After your initial session, I’ll outline a clear plan tailored to your condition and goals.

  • Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is best. Shorts and a tank top make it easy to access areas we may need to treat.

  • I don’t bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service, but I can provide receipts for you to submit to your insurance provider if your plan offers coverage.

  • Please give 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps me offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting for care.

  • They use similar tools but come from different traditions. I’m trained in both, and I choose the right approach depending on what your body needs.

  • Some people feel immediate relief, while others notice changes gradually. Mild soreness (similar to after a workout) is common, and I’ll give you simple at-home tips to support your recovery.
